Carlos Slim Helú biography -Carlos Slim Helú born January 28, 1940) is a Mexican businessman and philanthropist who is observed at different times as the richest man in the world. He is chairman and CEO of telecommunications companies, Telmex and America Movil and other major investments in Mexican companies through his conglomerate, Grupo Notebook Division, as well as commercial interests in other parts of the world.
